Vascular Neurology Fellow Didactic Series
Led by the fellow with invited stroke attending speakers, virtual weekly on Fridays 8:15 - 9 a.m. This Didactic Series is attended by the stroke faculty and neurology residents are invited.
Cerebrovascular Didactics Series
Consisting of lectures held on the second Monday of each month at noon with a hybrid option (virtual or in-person), attended by the neurology residents and fellows. Lectures are delivered by invited stroke faculty, other neurology faculty with expertise in headache, neuro-ophthalmology, epilepsy and palliative care, as well as neuro-interventional radiology faculty, neuropsychologists, cardiology faculty, and speech and language pathologists.
Vascular Case Conference
Led by vascular neurosurgery and neuro-interventional radiologists, scheduled every Friday, 7 - 8 a.m. virtually. Fellow is encouraged to present an interesting case at this conference.
Neurology Grand Rounds
consists of presentations from within the Department of Neurology, but also invited speakers from within the University of Kentucky and outside institutions. Scheduled every Tuesday, 8 - 9 a.m. virtually.
Fellow is encouraged to participate in community outreach activities and Stroke Care Network education as well.
