Dr. Asha Shenoi earned her medical degree from the University of Kerala, India,  where she also completed her initial pediatric residency. She subsequently pursued a second pediatric residency at the Children鈥檚 Hospital of New Jersey, followed by a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Emory University.

In 2013, she joined the X站福利所 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics. She is board certified in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.

Dr. Shenoi served as Assistant Dean for Graduate Medical Education from 2017 to 2025, where she led multiple initiatives to enhance the clinical learning environment across regional campuses. She currently serves as the Associate Dean for the Clinical Learning Environment, providing strategic leadership in areas of well-being, professionalism, patient safety, and interprofessional collaboration.Her academic interests include provider burnout, physician well-being, and quality improvement in the intensive care unit. She is currently serving  a second term as the At- Large Member of Society of Critical Care Medicine Board.
